We are now looking for a talented Management Accountant to join our team and help drive our financial success
What You’ll Do:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports for the site and demonstrate excellent understanding of site performance and financial impacts.
- Cost Analysis: Dive deep into production costs, identify savings opportunities, and recommend strategies to boost profitability.
- Variance Analysis: Analyse performance against budgets, uncover discrepancies, and provide actionable solutions.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting, keeping our operations running smoothly.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, including audits.
- Financial Planning: Support long-term financial planning and strategy development at the site.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (Full or Part Qualified to ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience: Minimum of (3 yrs) of experience in management accounting, preferably in an FMCG environment
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software.
- Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure.
