Our award-winning cheese is produced by experienced cheesemakers at our creameries, located in the picturesque English Lake District, and in the idyllic South West of Wales. We also produce a range of specialist chilled dairy products at our Blackmore Vale site in Dorset, BV Dairy.
Our range of great-tasting Cheddar, Red Leicester and Double Gloucester, are all made with fresh milk and packed full of flavour. The majority of our cheese stays in the UK and is sold as high quality cheddar predominantly into UK retail.
Our whey products are always of the highest quality, and significant investment at both our creameries in recent years has allowed us to increase our capacity and further improve our product quality.
BV Dairy produces a range of award-winning dairy products using milk from local farms including soft cheese, cultured creams, yoghurt, clotted cream, and mascarpone.
We also manufacture a range of bespoke cheese and cheese curd recipes for businesses across the UK and beyond, as well as providing high-quality, traceable fresh milk to a range of dairy manufacturers and food processors across the UK. This is a key part of our business, and we work with many customers as their long-term supply partner, helping them to deliver their objectives through our responsible sourcing and supply chain management services.
