Mull of Kintyre Tasty Recipe Book

Scottish food writer Nell Nelson has linked up with the Campbeltown Creamery to produce a series of recipes, using the award-winning Mull of Kintyre cheddar.

'A Tasty Wee Recipe Book' contains four easy-to-prepare recipes, all of which feature Mull of Kintyre cheddar as well as two money-off vouchers.

Nell, who is a passionate ambassador of Scottish produce, has created innovative recipes such as Hot Artichoke Cheese Dip and Cheese and Ale Mustard Pasta using the famous cheddar produced at the creamery.  There's also a clever twist to everyone's favourite, cheese on toast, which she has named Croque McMonsieur.
