In April and May we did a member communications survey and talked to over 600 of you through telephone polling and discussion groups. While text and email were your preferred communication routes for receiving information and the weekly bulletin is increasingly popular, we found that news about progress of the business was not getting through to everyone on a consistent and regular basis.
