There are two ways producers can supply milk to First Milk, the largest dairy farmer co-operative in the UK - join as a member or supply milk on a Milk Supply Contract.

 

Being part of First Milk’s extensive membership gives farmers a stronger voice in the dairy sector and access to a wide range of benefits, learning opportunities and sector expertise.

Members of First Milk can take advantage of First Milk Direct and the First Milk Academy – special initiatives developed by First Milk to help farmers cut costs, improve efficiency and quality, and develop standards across the dairy sector.

First Milk is also offering dairy farmers the opportunity to supply on a Milk Supply Contract.

A broad market exposure means that First Milk is better positioned than many other industry players due to the premium nature of its contracts:

• Long term relationships to supply raw milk to customers like Robert Wiseman Dairies, Dairy Crest and Nestle.
  

• Regional brands like Mull of Kintyre, Scottish Pride, The Lake District Cheese Company range and the Pembrokeshire Cheese Company range have been established in the marketplace by successfully securing listings with the major retailers.

• Premium, award-winning cheeses are supplied to most of the major retailers for private label contracts.
