Members who ring into the Membership team for assistance and queries will be greeted by a number of new names and voices over the coming months as the department comes together in Glasgow.
With the closure of our Hallow office next Spring, Paula, Louise, Michelle and Catherine, will be moving on to pastures new while in Glasgow, Fay Hopwell has retired after an incredible 29 years’ service.
The team is now being headed up by Emma Dunlop who joined us three months ago. Emma is in the process of recruiting two new assistants in Glasgow. Over the coming months, all of the Hallow contacts will be passed over.
Membership Director Alan Taylor paid tribute to his team: “There has always been a great team spirit in the Membership team and this has never been more evident than in recent months. Despite their disappointment regarding the closure of our Hallow office, the membership team who are based there have been outstanding in the way they have handled the situation. I am particularly grateful for the tremendous support they have provided to those who will be picking up the workload going forward. I cannot thank them enough.”
