We have appointed a new Area Manager for the West Midlands area. Robert Ashmore, who lives in Rugeley, West Staffordshire joins us this month. Since leaving college, he has held UK based herdsman roles, worked for Genus as a milking machine consultant, has spent two years on dairy farms in New Zealand and has been a head herdsman and part time lecturer at Rodbaston College in Staffordshire.

Robert will support members in West Midlands and Cheshire areas including North Herefordshire, Shropshire, West Staffordshire and North Wales.,

As a result of Robert’s arrival, we have taken the opportunity to review the regions for our English Area Managers.

· Ian Critchley will now cover Northern England, including Cumbria, Lancashire and Northumberland.

· Anne Coates’ region will be East Midlands and Yorkshire, including East Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northants and Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, with some of East Anglia.

· Richard Panes will support members in the M4 corridor and South Midlands, including South Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.
