Members phoning the Membership Services team can no doubt identify the voices – now you have the opportunity to match the faces to the names.

It’s over six months since the team was located entirely in the Glasgow head office and during this time, they have bonded quickly to create a strong team spirit.

Emma Dunlop heads up the team and is supported by Val Campbell, Gail MacDonald, Linda Clark, Lorna Shields and Fiona Fraser.

No two days are the same in the Membership Services team. As well as handling member questions, they also deal with enquiries for products and services for First Milk Direct.

Emma explained: “Many of the members’ queries relate to quality information and helping them to understand all the different factors in their milk cheque. We’ve all built up a rapport with the members and we are getting to know them on the phone.

“The team deals with a variety of issues for members including farm assurance, member meetings and discussion groups,” she said. “Greeting members at the entrance to our stand at the Royal Highland Show was an opportunity for us to put faces to members’ names and voices – now they get the chance to see what we look like too!”
