The final stage of the relocation of the Membership Department to Glasgow is taking place this month with the hand-over from Hallow virtually complete.

and the enquiry will be picked up by one of the membership team. Members can also continue to contact their Area Manager, as before.
The membership hotline will operate Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. As always, if you have a milk related “emergency” out of hours, there is an On-duty Area Manager available seven days per week from 7am –9pm. Members should ring their own Area Manager and the number will be diverted. Members are also reminded to always leave a message if there is no answer as they will receive a call back.
The full membership services team is now in place in Glasgow. The team will be led by Emma Dunlop and includes Gail MacDonald, Val Campbell, Fiona Fraser and new starts Linda Clark and Lorna Shields.
“Lorna and Linda are valuable additions to the team. I’d also like to personally thank all of the Hallow staff for their support in making this transition very smooth for everyone,” explained Emma.
Her sentiments were echoed by Southern Membership Manager Lee Truelove who added: “I wish to sincerely thank Catherine, Louise, Michelle and Paula for their many years of excellent service to members and we wish them all the very best for the future.”
