Members contacting First Milk Direct may have noticed a new voice at the end of the phone in recent months. Fiona Fraser joined the business as Customer Liaison Administrator within the Membership Services Team and is now the main point of contact for First Milk Direct.

First Milk Direct Manager Neil Pullar says Fiona, who has experience in customer services, has strengthened the team: “Fiona is acting as the central point of contact for members and that is making the enquiry process slicker and quicker. If a producer has any queries on First Milk Direct, they should contact Fiona in the first instance and she will be able to assist them.”
