First Milk Direct is delighted to announce a new partnership in sourcing energy with Inenco.


Having decided to review our electricity arrangements, Inenco provided the most complete and forward-thinking proposal to ensure future benefits for First Milk members.

New options and offerings for members will be announced in due course. All members who registered interest in sourcing electricity via FM Direct need to supply a new letter of authority (LOA) to ensure continued management of electricity contracts. This service will operate as follows and includes a safeguard to ensure members do not move to ‘out of contract’ pricing.


Step 1
 

Return LOA to Inenco with copy of most recent bill

 

Step 2 

Inenco acknowledge receipt of LOA

 

Step 3
 

Inenco terminate contract on behalf of member

 

Step 4
 

Inenco send member offer of new competitively priced contract

 

Step 5
 

Either member accepts contract and returns to Inenco, or member does not accept and Inenco contact member 6 weeks prior to changeover date to ensure contract is in place

 

Step 6 Copy of contract is sent to member


We would stress all members should register interest – this is a free management service which has saved huge sums for members to date, and in some cases bills have been reduced by half.
