The successful candidate will assist in the generation of communications, Website and Intranet content and the management of internal and external events. They will be responsible for the administration within the team.

The job requires proven creative writing skills, an understanding of how the media works, experience of writing copy and being able to pitch to the media is essential. Higher Grade English (or equivalent) is essential and experience of managing advertising/design agencies is desirable. Excellent communication skills will be a prerequisite as both direct member and internal/external customer contact is essential, both face to face and via the telephone.

First Milk Direct, our farm supplies business, is seeking to appoint a Technical Sales Manager, based in Glasgow (travel required).

The successful candidate will support the Head of First Milk Direct and be a valued member of a small, progressive team. Working closely with members of the First Milk Direct team, suppliers and farmer members of First Milk.

The role will involve the provision of technical sales and procurement input for a number of products and services specific to the dairy supply sector; it will suit a pro-active individual ideally with proven sales experience, who is enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to become part of a fast-moving organisation. First Milk are seeing to appoint a Data Analyst on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

The successful candidate will provide a data analysis role within the data validation team and ensure data is complete and accurate. The successful candidate will help ensure that the business and haulier needs are met by assisting in the smooth flow of data.

The job requires great attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines. Microsoft Excel, Word and Access skills are a pre-requisite, while Oracle and Business Objects knowledge is an advantage but not a necessity.
